TASQ is looking for passionate and qualified individuals fluent in Korean and English to join our growing team as Bilingual Call Center Agents. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu City, where youll deliver top-notch customer support in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in both Korean and English via phone, chat, or email
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and troubleshoot problems with clarity and professionalism
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication
Accurately document interactions and feedback in a structured manner
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and efficient service delivery
What Were Looking For:
Fluency in written and spoken Korean and English
Previous experience in BPO or customer service is an advantage, but not required
Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City
Must currently live in Cebu or nearby areas or be open to relocating
Must be reachable for interviews and follow-up communication
Foreign nationals must have a valid Philippine working visa
