Summary:
- As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Your typical day will involve proactively monitoring, managing, and reporting on the execution of deliverables.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and potential risks.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Assist in developing project plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services
- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Experience in project tracking and reporting tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
