About the job Call Center Agent - Cebu (Arabic and English speaker)
TASQ is seeking Arabic and English-speaking call center agents to work on-site in Cebu City as soon as possible.
**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**
**Work Arrangement: On-Site**
**Work Schedule: Shifting Hours**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel packages.
- Assist customers in making reservations and bookings, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
- Address customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating more complex matters to higher-level support when necessary.
- Keep current with trends, regulations, and company policies in the travel industry to assist customers effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their travel arrangements meet their expectations and address any feedback or concerns after their travel.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to meet customer needs and improve the overall travel experience.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO customer service role is REQUIRED.
- Specific experience in travel industry customer service is a PLUS.
- Outstanding communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Foreign candidates must already possess a Philippine working VISA.
