Now Hiring: English-Speaking Call Center Agents Cebu City (On-Site)
TASQ is urgently hiring call center agents to work on-site in Cebu City. Initial interviews will be conducted over the phone, so please keep your lines open and accessible.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong English communication skills
- At least a high school graduate (based on the old curriculum) or higher
- Open to both experienced and inexperienced applicants
- Willingness to work on-site in Cebu City
- Flexible to be assigned to various industries such as retail, travel, insurance, finance, healthcare, or telecommunications
Available Positions and Requirements
Account A
- Minimum of high school education
- BPO experience is a plus but not required
Account B
- High school or Senior High School graduate with at least 1 year of call center experience and a valid drivers license, or
- High school/SHS graduate with 1 year of experience using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Apollo), or
- Completed at least 2 years in college with 1 year of BPO experience, or
- At least 2 years in college with 2 years of call center experience, or
- 2 years in college with 1 year of financial-related BPO background, or
- College graduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience (insurance experience highly preferred)
Account C
- At least 2 years of BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Must have a stable employment history (no frequent job changes)
- Minimum educational requirement: High school graduate (old curriculum)
For Sales Roles:
- Proven success in sales, with recognition or awards for top performance
- Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent verbal communication skills
