Now Hiring: English-Speaking Call Center Agents Cebu City (On-Site)

TASQ is urgently hiring call center agents to work on-site in Cebu City. Initial interviews will be conducted over the phone, so please keep your lines open and accessible.

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong English communication skills
  • At least a high school graduate (based on the old curriculum) or higher
  • Open to both experienced and inexperienced applicants
  • Willingness to work on-site in Cebu City
  • Flexible to be assigned to various industries such as retail, travel, insurance, finance, healthcare, or telecommunications

Available Positions and Requirements

Account A

  • Minimum of high school education
  • BPO experience is a plus but not required

Account B

  • High school or Senior High School graduate with at least 1 year of call center experience and a valid drivers license, or
  • High school/SHS graduate with 1 year of experience using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Apollo), or
  • Completed at least 2 years in college with 1 year of BPO experience, or
  • At least 2 years in college with 2 years of call center experience, or
  • 2 years in college with 1 year of financial-related BPO background, or
  • College graduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience (insurance experience highly preferred)

Account C

  • At least 2 years of BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Must have a stable employment history (no frequent job changes)
  • Minimum educational requirement: High school graduate (old curriculum)

For Sales Roles:

  • Proven success in sales, with recognition or awards for top performance
  • Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
