About the job Quality Specialist (Microsoft 365 Experience)
· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (i.e L1 helpdesk / tech support process) including at least one year as a quality auditor.
· Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
· Exposure in Microsoft 365 products is a must.
Language Requirement
Fluent in spoken and written English. Able to converse and provide technical support in English through various channels Calls, Emails & Live Chat
· Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PPT to complete reporting and documentation efficiently and effectively
· Ability to work closely with the quality team to ensure consistency
· Ability to understand and use basic analytical methods to identify problems for simple client scenarios and to recommend solutions
· Ability to translate business requirements into training requirements
12 -18 months work experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft (Product support) / Service Desk/ Tech support process.
· Amenable to work in a shifting environment observing US Client and ONSITE setup.
Experience on troubleshooting on Microsoft Products.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Products like Exchange on prem (EOP) , Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Share Drive.
