  • Deal with patients' inquiries of their hospital bills and benefits from insurance.
  • Audit transactions and provide feedback to improve quality.
  • Monitor compliance with established processes, policies and guidelines.
  • Share report and analysis based on quality audit results.
  • Analyze information and utilize to build recommendations to reduce errors and improve process performance.
  • Create and maintain tracking reports in relation to performance.
  • Support service levels by being productive whenever required.

    QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have 2-4 years of handling healthcare account.
  • Atleast 1 year of QA or TL experience.
  • College Graduate / atleast completed 2nd year College Undergraduate
  • Take ownership of issues and escalations
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and communicate with client
  • Amenable to work on night shift
