Urgent | General Accounting Deputy Manager | QC

Work set-up: Hybrid

Shift Schedule:

• Must be open and flexible to work in US work hours

Requirements:

• College Graduate (Finance/Accounting)
  
• Minimum years 2-6 years
• General accounting exp
• Finance/accounts stream
• General ledger, AR/AP, FP&A
• People Management/Client stakeholder (desirable)

Qualifications:

• Strong F&A knowledge
• Strong communication
• Advanced excel Knowledge
• Working knowledge of Banking industry
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, US Regulatory requirments (SEC, OCC, FED etc)
• Strong knowledge of Period end and book closure.
• Financial Management, analysis and reporting
• Query resolution, escalation management, guidance to team,
• ERP exposure & good excel knowledge
• People management experience
• Client stakeholder management skill
• Good to Have: Experience & exposure to various banking industry practices, Finance and accounting - maintenance and book closure, General Ledger accounting and Process specific inputs
