We are looking for a dynamic, driven and results-oriented Executive Recruiter to handle executive and IT requisitions, delivering hiring needs in a timely manner and adapting to fast-paced industries.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehend job descriptions and job specification
  • Manage initiatives to produce quality applicants using various sourcing channels
  • Screen candidates resumes and applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruitment tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and other pertinent details
  • Administer exams assessing a candidates communication skills, technical skills and other relevant aspects as required by the role
  • Ensure that candidates will comply with client requirements
  • Assist and monitor candidates for onboarding
  • Provide analytical and well-documented hiring reports
  • Act as a point of contact and build positive candidate relationships throughout the selection process with clients
  • Fulfill hiring targets within the specified timeframe
  • Other relevant tasks may be added as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have at least 5 years of solid experience handling executive / niche hiring
  • Must have a proven track record in delivering executive / niche requirements effectively and efficiently
  • Has a Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Amenable to a hybrid (Makati) and temporary work at home set-up
  • Must have working internet connection at home
  • Willing to work on a predominantly day shift schedule
  • Can start ASAP
