Overview
- You will be responsible for the tracking and monitoring and reporting of all pre & post billing activities, ensuring any unexpected behavior is flagged promptly to your Manager.
- You will be required to work closely with key colleagues to identify opportunities for new and improved reporting to support Payment Operations. Using your technical skills you will create and maintain a suite of regular reports and interactive dashboards covering all functions managed by Payment Operations.
Responsibilities
- Dispute & Dispute Mitigation Processes (daily, weekly & monthly)
- Using the existing suite of tools (Quicksight, SAS & Cognos) perform detailed analysis of all pre & post billing activities to immediately flag any peaks, troughs or failures to the Manager, Payment Operations
- Using a variety of mediums (Excel, Powerpoint) present your results to clearly show where issues have arisen and the impact of those issues (members and revenue) to VP Level
- Fraud
- Chargebacks
- Rapid Dispute Resolution
- VISA Compelling Evidence
- VISA/Mastercard Account Updater
- Accuity
- Ethoca
- KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) & Senior Management Reporting (weekly & monthly)
- Build and deliver accurate & informative monthly Key Performance Indicator data to the Payment Operations Manager & Director by 10th of each month (for presentation to VP/CEO level) covering all elements of:
- Payment Processing
- Dispute Management
- Ancillary Processes
- Collate accurate weekly and monthly reports for VP & CEO around Fraud, Compelling Evidence & 3DS
- Create and Maintain Payment Operations Reporting Suite
- Create and run structured query language (SQL) across multiple databases to extract accurate and relevant data and then present through reports and dashboards on all aspects of Payment Operations responsibilities as above and also including invoice information such as processing costs, fees & fines
- Support
- Deal with Nuvei Pre-Arbitrations and track for Manager
- Manage the Ethoca Previously Cancelled Claim Process and keep line management appraised of refund values
- Where additional levels of data are required for a more detailed analysis on any of the above or from our business partners:
- create and run COMPLEX structured query language (SQL) across multiple databases to extract the data
- use a variety of mediums (Excel, Powerpoint) to present your results to clearly show where issues have arisen and the impact of those issues (members and revenue) to VP Level
- Maintain up -to-date playbooks for all processes
- Provide cover when the Webloyalty Analyst is absent
Scope of Responsibility:
- Monitoring and reporting of 37 million transactions annually, with a value of over $380 million per annum across EU, UK, LATAM and US

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to extract data from multiple databases using complex structured query language (SQL) and use the data to create dashboards & reports to highlight trends Minimum 1 years experience of creating interactive dashboards through tools such as Quicksight, SAS or BI (required)
- Minimum 1 year experience of working in a fast paced automated payment processing environment (preferred)
Knowledge:
- Desirable but not essential:
- Knowledge of credit/debit card and bank processing within EU, UK, LATAM & US
- Basic knowledge of VISA & Mastercard Dispute Monitoring Programs / Ratios
