TASQ is seeking enthusiastic and qualified individuals who are fluent in both Korean and English to join our expanding team as Bilingual Call Center Agents. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cebu City where you will provide exceptional customer support in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
**Your Responsibilities:**
- Deliver outstanding customer service in both Korean and English through phone, chat, or email.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and troubleshoot problems with professionalism and clarity.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by communicating effectively and promptly.
- Accurately record interactions and feedback in an organized manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
**What Were Looking For:**
- Fluency in both written and spoken Korean and English.
- Previous experience in BPO or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
- Candidates should currently reside in Cebu or nearby areasor be willing to relocate.
- Must be available for interviews and follow-up communications.
- Foreign applicants must possess a valid Philippine working visa.
