Valuations Manager

Job Purpose: 

• The Valuation Manager is responsible for delivering accurate and insightful valuation advice across residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial properties, as well as plant, machinery, and equipment. This role supports property companies, conglomerates, financialinstitutions, and foreign investors by providing comprehensive valuation reports and expert recommendations. The role requires a deep understanding of clients' businesses, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead junior valuers and contribute to business development efforts

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuations for residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial properties, as well as plant, machinery, and equipment.
• Provide expert valuation advice to clients, including property companies, conglomerates, financial institutions, and foreign investors.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports, which include:
• Physical inspection of the property subject to valuation
• Desktop and on-site research, including coordination with relevant government agencies
• Collection and analysis of research data to determine accurate value indications
• Presentation of valuation findings in comprehensive narrative reports
• Actively manage client relationships, including creating new accounts and maintaining existing ones.
• Supervise and mentor junior valuers to ensure high-quality output.
• Participate in other valuation projects and company initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of business (finance, management), real estate management or engineering (civil, mechanical) courses
• 5 years relevant industry experience is required
• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser / Registered Mechanical Engineer
• Proficiency in income valuation technic{ues is an advantage
• License Real Estate Broker and/or Licensed Real Estate Consultant is an advantage
• Experience in business development and client management is an advantage
• AUTOCAD knowledge is a plus
• Good command of both written & spoken English.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
