Work Experience:

1.Team Lead exp for 3-5yrs. in a bpo setting

2. with Travel account exp preferably

3. Can consider exposure from telco, sales, technical, helpdesk account (complex accounts in a pure voice environment)

4. No healthcare, domestic accounts

5. with people management and good communication skills
