Purpose of the Position:

  • Coordinates, reviews, and maintains PPG master records for Internet, SIM (Subscriber Identity Module), Landline, Satellite communications, etc. issued to PPG Branches, Data Centers, and Offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Point of contact to coordinate and successfully communicate with Telco partners regarding PPGs data and communication link for HO and other branches. - 25%
  2. Promptly responds to PPG branch internet issues, requests, and Telco incident reports, and other Telco related inquiries and concerns. - 25%
  3. Liaises and acts as a positive representation between the PPG and Telco partners. Coordinates with all PPG branches to identify Telco related issues and resolve them with the existing systems and programs. - 20%
  4. Compiles documentation, submit reports and provides feedback to identify opportunities and areas of improvement between PPG and Telco partners. - 15%
  5. Send and receive correspondence, set-up Telco meetings, coordinate Telco schedules, and activities. - 15%

Scope and Limitations:

  1. Point of contact for telco-related concerns and inquiries raised by PPG.
    Report resolved issues and answered telco concerns from branches and offices.
  2. Process account after sales requests (termination, relocation, upgrade, migration etc.) of PPG branches, area offices and head offices. 
  3. Identifying the address and whether it is serviceable on the internet service provider.
  4. Ensure that all issues and concerns are reported to the provider as soon as possible and within SLA.
  5. Provide the list, addresses and Google coordinates to Palawan Pay and other departments for their use.
  6. Coordinate with telco partners regarding the updated and current rate of internet plans.
  7. Responds and follows up to telco related concerns and issues.
  8. Respond to our teams' requests and needs as quickly as possible.
  9. Conduct regular meetings with telco partners about internet migration plans.
  10. Provide quality experience and healthy relationships to our telco partners.
  11. Arranges meeting with telco providers regarding updates or solutions that can meet company's demands.
  12. Collaborate with other teams to discuss ideas on a project and other related matters.
  13. Always keep the accounting department up to date on Telco billings and list of accounts.
  14. Updates contact information of our telco partners.
  15. Request and compile telco incident reports.
  16. Coordinate with telco partners and request detailed reports regarding incidents.
  17. Work closely with telco partners to prevent problems recurrence. 
  18. Generate and maintain Telco Masterfile of PPG accounts.
  19. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 1-3 years experienced employee specialized in Administrative support or equivalent.
  • Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the requisition process especially with regards to internet and other telecommunications facility.
  • Must be able to communicate and act as a middle person between our business and Telco partner to resolve issues, and promptly report and response to incidents as necessary.
  • Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
