ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  • Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
  • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
  • Good knowledge of HR and hands-on experience related to all types of HR related custom reports, data sources, business objects, and dashboards
  • Create process documents or job aids
  • Understand the business process and connect with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the functional area of HR a plus
  • Enhance, optimize, and generate reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate between teams and drive end to end creation of reports

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years overall experience in reporting (building and mobilizing reports) using PowerPivot or PowerBI
  • With experience in VBA and macro to automate reports
  • With good comms skills
  • Supervisory experience is preferred, NOT required
  • background is preferred, Not required
  • Open to getting resources from any industry
