Summary:

The Operations Analyst position plays a vital role in the organization. You will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, division leaders and Project Managers and will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operational tasks associated with Professional Services teams and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Internal project management/coordination of projects and liaising with Project Managers and Team Leaders
  • Scheduling project resources (technical, consultancy and training services), administer additions, changes, and deletions in the scheduling system
  • Maintain project statuses and financial budgets for projects within NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro
  • Support Professional Services Operations Manager maintaining systems and processes, ensuring efficient processing of projects and all related tasks
  • Assist with month-end/financial procedures and reconciliation (raising invoices, credits, statements)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify billing issues and work with project teams to find solutions

Qualifications:

  • Very tactical and detailed oriented. Meticulous attention to detail requiredplaces high value on order, accuracy, and turnaround times
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; including formulas (xlookup, sumifs), pivot tables, formatting
  • Display professionalism and exceptional communication skills to address questions and queries promptly and effectively
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail with the ability to review and interpret financial data accurately
  • A positive attitude and behavior that contributes towards to the achievement of departmental, company and operational objectives
  • Capability to multi-task and a willingness to learn, develop, accept, and adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills are necessary as the development and upkeep of processes and procedures are crucial to the teams success
  • Confidence to accomplish job requirements and positively welcome feedback for continuous improvement
  • Familiarity of software such as NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro and Salesforce.com preferred
  • Experience working in a financial or accounting role, with an understanding of financial statements, accruals, and other accounting concepts
