Job Description:

We are urgently hiring Workforce Schedulers to join our growing team across multiple site locations. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in call center operations and workforce scheduling, who are ready to contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and adjust schedules based on business requirements and service level objectives.

• Monitor real-time queues and ensure adherence to scheduling plans.

• Coordinate with operations and other WFM teams to support accurate forecasting and capacity planning.

• Provide timely reporting and insights to help optimize workforce performance.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a WFM Scheduler in a BPO/Call Center setup.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Proficiency in WFM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

• Willing to work onsite in any of the listed locations.

• Comfortable working on a GY Schedule.

• Must be available to start immediately.
