Role Overview
The role involves supporting Client Management and Advocacy teams during the renewal process by managing tasks and deliverables.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with various functional teams to prepare and finalize client deliverables, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing, onboarding new clients, and managing client exposure details.
- Scheduling and taking minutes for strategy meetings, data entry for client submissions, and assisting in proposal creation.
- Supporting tax filing activities, binding coverage with carriers, preparing summaries of insurance, and monitoring renewal activities.
- Reporting support and managing ad hoc requests for endorsements and certificates.
Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of the end-to-end insurance renewal cycle and various insurance documents.
- Understanding of catastrophe modeling (helpful but not essential).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Problem-solving abilities to navigate complex information and adhere to procedures.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
- Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills for efficient task management.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality and accurate information for clients.
