Job Summary: As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. You will provide accurate and timely information to customers while ensuring high-quality service delivery that meets company standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming customer calls promptly and respond to inquiries and complaints effectively.
  2. Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  4. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and scenarios.
  5. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  6. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  7. Perform outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, solicit feedback, or update customer information.
  8. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while representing the company.
  9. Ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately in the system.
  10. Meet or exceed productivity and quality assurance targets.

Qualifications:

  • HS Graduate with 6 months solid international voice experience​
  • If blended account, it should be 60% inbound voice. ​
  • Willing to work Onsite and in Graveyard Shifts​

    • 10,000 Starter Bonus
