Job Title: Mandarin-Speaking Call Center Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mandarin-Speaking Call Center Agent to join our dynamic client. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for the Mandarin-speaking customers our client, providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about our products and services. Your fluency in Mandarin and dedication to customer satisfaction will be crucial in enhancing the customer experience and supporting the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Mandarin to address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively in Mandarin, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all customers.
    • Translate and relay information between Mandarin-speaking customers and other departments if needed.

Qualifications:

  • Highly preferred candidates with BPO experience. Open to non BPO candidate
  • Must be fluent in English not just Mandarin
  • Amenable to work in graveyard shift
  • Amenable to work onsite (Quezon City)
