Job Opening: English-Speaking Call Center Agents in Cebu City

TASQ is urgently looking for call center agents to work on-site in Cebu City ASAP. The initial screening interview will be conducted over the phone, so please ensure your phone lines are available.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English
  • High school graduate (old curriculum) or higher
  • Open to candidates with or without prior experience
  • Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
  • Must be open to assignments in retail, travel, insurance, finance, healthcare, or telecommunications accounts

Available Accounts & Requirements

Account A:

  • Must have completed at least a high school education
  • Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred but not mandatory

Account B:

  • High school/SHS graduate with at least 1 year of call center experience (must possess a Drivers License)
  • High school/SHS graduate with 1 year of GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, or Apollo only)
  • Completed at least 2 years in college with 1 year of call center experience
  • Completed at least 2 years in college with 2 years of call center experience OR
    • 2 years in college with 1 year of financial background in a BPO
  • Completed at least 2 years in college with 2 years of call center experience OR
    • College graduate with at least 1 year of call center experience (Insurance background is highly preferred)

Account C:

  • At least 2 years of BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Must have a stable job history (not a frequent job hopper)
  • Minimum requirement: High school graduate (old curriculum)
  • For the sales account, additional qualifications include:
    • Proven track record as a top sales performer, consistently exceeding targets and earning recognitions or awards
    • Strong sales skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and deal closing
    • Excellent communication skills
