**POSITION PURPOSE: Anti-Fraud** - Start date is May 13, 2025

As a Customer Service Representative in the Fraud department, you will engage with consumers on behalf of the client through inbound and outbound calls. This position requires strong relationship-building skills to assist customers and prevent fraudulent activity. You will need to navigate multiple systems at once while effectively utilizing your computer. The primary goal of this role is to safeguard the clients brand reputation and ensure a positive experience for customers.
