Educational Qualification: Completed second year of college or a college degree

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience as a QA Manager in a travel or telecommunications voice account
  • Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
  • Experience in direct client management
  • Experience in retail or healthcare lines of business is not required or preferred
