- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose improvements.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive improvements and resolve issues.
- Team Collaboration: Proactive in building trust and professional relationships with employees and team members; strong team-player mentality.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present professionally and effectively in front of large groups, including senior leaders.
- Development Focus: Ability to identify and address professional development needs and knowledge gaps.
