Outpatient Medical Coder (TWFH)

The Outpatient Medical Coder plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the Outpatient Coding Program by identifying opportunities for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.

Work Setup: Temporary Work From Home; Company-Provided Device

Skillset: Blended (Voice and Non-Voice)

Start Date: ASAP

Shift: Mid shift but must be good with Shifting

Schedule Flexibility: Must be open to working weekends, night shifts, and holidays as required by the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with an active PRC license
• With 1 year Outpatient medical coding experience in clinical/BPO/CPO set-up
• Active certification in either Certified Outpatient Coder (COC) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with Experience in Same-Day Surgery (SDS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
