About the job BPO Trainer | BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) |
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate BFSI training for employees (new hires, progression, and enhancement)
- Develop and improve training curriculum and materials
- Analyze learner performance and adjust training methods accordingly
- Manage classroom and online training sessions
- Provide feedback, coaching, and evaluations to trainees
- Collaborate with supervisors and clients to address performance gaps
Requirements:
- 1+ year of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) experience and adult education
- Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
- Call center (inbound/outbound) and customer service experience
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work night shifts and travel
- College degree; computer proficiency is a must
