About the job BPO Trainer | BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) |

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate BFSI training for employees (new hires, progression, and enhancement)
  • Develop and improve training curriculum and materials
  • Analyze learner performance and adjust training methods accordingly
  • Manage classroom and online training sessions
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and evaluations to trainees
  • Collaborate with supervisors and clients to address performance gaps

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) experience and adult education
  • Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
  • Call center (inbound/outbound) and customer service experience
  • Flexible schedule with willingness to work night shifts and travel
  • College degree; computer proficiency is a must
