Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring a CPA-certified Finance and Accounting Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience managing finance teams. The role requires expertise in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS, and US GAAP, ideally within the BPO or Shared Services industry. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle) is essential, along with strong analytical and financial reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end close and financial forecast processes
  • Oversee tax compliance, filings, and audits (BIR, SEC, PEZA)
  • Track pending assessments and litigation with local authorities
  • Implement and uphold accounting standards, policies, and improvements
  • Support Group Tax with periodic reporting

Qualifications:

  • CPA with 7+ years of finance management experience
  • Proficient in PeopleSoft, Oracle, and financial reporting
  • Background in BPO/Shared Services
