Role Overview:

  • The VP of Operations will oversee all BPO operations in the Philippines, managing senior leaders and ensuring optimal performance across multiple client accounts. The role requires a seasoned leader with a strong background in third-party BPO, start-up environments, and driving process improvements, particularly through automation.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of Director / AVP / VP experience in BPO operations, managing 2,000+ FTEs.
  • Proven track record in managing 3rd party BPO accounts and handling multiple clients.
  • Experience in driving process improvements, especially automation.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, start-up environments.
