Responsibilities:
- Assist Client Management with tasks for the insurance renewal process
- Collaborate with teams to manage deliverables (e.g., policy checks, billing, documents)
- Support client onboarding and maintain client exposure details
- Prepare renewal documentation and data for client teams
- Handle client service requests and assist with reporting needs
- Manage internal strategy meetings and track renewal activities
Qualifications:
- College graduate; insurance qualifications preferred
- 2-5 years of insurance renewal cycle experience (US insurance preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability
- Proficient in MS Office, teamwork, and stakeholder management
