  • Prepare renewal documentation and data for client teams
  • Handle client service requests and assist with reporting needs
  • Manage internal strategy meetings and track renewal activities

Qualifications:

  • College graduate; insurance qualifications preferred
  • 2-5 years of insurance renewal cycle experience (US insurance preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability
  • Proficient in MS Office, teamwork, and stakeholder management
