Senior Content Contributor

Responsibilities

• Review posts, photos, videos and listing content according to the applications Creator policies and content requirements, workflows and targets while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality
• Review creator content and assign labels and scores based on quality
• Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality
• Understand and remain current with community guidelines and review content in accordance to defined policies and procedures
• Stay up to date with current events and news in the US.
• Maintain a consistent and transparent review methodology
• Consistently meet daily and weekly targets

Qualifications

• Strong proofreading/editing/review skills
• Expertise on US Elections, Politics, and Misinformation
• Be able to differentiate between good quality content and low-quality content
• Have strong interest and knowledge regarding creator content, journalism and blogging
• Assist in identifying creators who continuously abuse our policies/program
• Ability to learn quickly and provide sound judgment to classify content based on a set of policies and requirements
• Navigate through ambiguity and be comfortable working in a flexible environment
• Comfortable reviewing occasional sensitive content, including pornography, violence, drug use, child abuse, etc.
• Ability to work differing work rotations/shifts and non-standard work hours (including weekends)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Thorough understanding of online news and the internet
