Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of education in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of work Experience in a Consultancy/Staffing/BPO firm will be preferred
  • Graduate with a diploma in related field or Post Graduate with specialization in Human Resources will be preferred
  • Interviewing Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Written and oral
  • Should be confident and willing to work in shifts and travel
  • Should display sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a cross-cultural environment
  • Computer proficiency MS Office
  • Team handling skill
  • Should be able to take decisions in all kind of situations
  • Orientation towards data and MIS
  • Matured to carry out assessments
