About the job Call Center Agent (Spanish Bilingual) - Taguig
TASQ is seeking Spanish bilingual call center agents who are ready to work on-site in Taguig, starting on May 12.

**In this position, you will:**
- Assist customers by addressing their inquiries or issues related to financial products and services with empathy through various communication channels, including phone, text, chat, and video chat, in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to perform moderately complex support tasks.
- Mitigate risk by adhering to all policies and procedures and staying updated on any changes.
- Promote digital services such as online statement delivery, eSign paperwork, and other digital options as required.
- Receive guidance from the customer service supervisor and escalate non-routine inquiries as necessary.
**Required Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Centers, or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
**Desired Qualifications:**
- Completion of at least the second year of college.
- 2+ years of experience as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
- Foreign applicants must possess a valid work visa.
**Job Expectations:**
- Must attend the entire required training period.
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed.
- On-site work at the specified location is mandatory.
- Flexibility with work schedule and arrangements is required.
