Key Responsibilities:

This role will manage the onboarding team, accountable for reports and analytics, recruitment partners' contract renewals, risk and compliance management for pre-employment documents and pre-employment medical exams aligned to the company's standards, mandated by the government and client requirement and govern internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any related course
  • 8 to 10 years of end-to-end BPO recruitment experience
  • Minimum of 4 years experience handling BPO recruitment on-boarding with more than 5 years leadership experience
  • Proven background in recruitment analytics, reporting and risk and compliance management.
  • Amenable to work onsite full-time in our BGC, Taguig office.
  • Amendable to work on Graveyard Shift
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays when business demands.
  • Non negotiable - audit and compliance experience and willingness to work graveyard shift
  • Hiring manager leans more towards onboarding and compliance specific background that is focused on a per tower type of org chart
