About the job HR Manager (BPO)
Work Setup: On-site in Ortigas, Pasig
Schedule: Nightshift Schedule
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, BA, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in a BPO setup
- Must have experience with end-to-end talent acquisition for both Volume and Support Leadership for BPO roles
- Champion in Employee Relations (ER), Employee Engagement (EE), and Compensation and Benefits (Comp & Ben)
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government compliance, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HR software, payroll systems, and digital HR tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Preferably available to start immediately.
