IT Quality Analyst (Onsite) | Las Piñas

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Work Schedule: Shifting, no fixed weekends off, no guaranteed local holidays off, may be requested to go on OT as needed

Work Location: Las Piñas

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Support Quality Analyst
• Minimum of 3 years experience as IT Support with knowledge of troubleshooting and remote assistance
• Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Computer-related course

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily engineer audits and energize the team through engaging calibration sessions.
• Provide hands-on, side-by-side audits coupled with real-time coaching to empower engineers.
• Host dynamic weekly ticket reviews with team leaders, and share impactful QA updates via roadshows and training sessions.
• Deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly quality reports, while swiftly escalating any quality concerns to management.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, collaborating seamlessly across departments to drive success. 

Key Technical Skills:

• Deep knowledge of process flow and development, paired with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled in crafting, testing, and documenting innovative and efficient IT testing solutions.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, swiftly adapt to shifting priorities, and excel in dynamic, team-driven environments.
• Highly detail-oriented and self-driven, with the flexibility to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer care.
• Hands-on experience managing IT systems, including installation, maintenance, and operations support within call center and corporate environments.
• Professional and adaptable, always striving to surpass expectations and deliver top-tier results.
