• With at least 4 years of BPO experience
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and data tools with strong numerical and technical skills
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex analyses clearly
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and effective both independently and in teams

Job Description: 

• Data Management: Expertly gather, clean, and organize extensive datasets, ensuring data integrity and full compliance at every step.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Dive into trend analysis using advanced statistical techniques, crafting insightful reports and dynamic dashboards for management.
• System Maintenance: Design, develop, and uphold robust data models, warehouses, and databases to support seamless operations.
• Data Accuracy: Rigorously validate data, rectify discrepancies, and perform routine audits to guarantee precision.
• Technical Support & Collaboration: Partner with teams to address their data needs and deliver impactful training on data software tools.
