Department: Wellness Trust & Safety Account

Reports to: Global Account Wellness Leader

Work Arrangement: Onsite (Cebu)

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure implementation and maintenance of the Wellness Program and associated Minimum Wellness Standards.
  • Lead and manage the performance of third-party counsellors.
  • Represent the site in MBR, QBR, and HBR meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to measure program effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports for all site wellness activities.
  • Conduct monthly wellness audits to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
  • Manage client and internal wellness reporting requirements.
  • Oversee internal, global, and client wellness audits.
  • Administer the T&S Wellness application at the site.
  • Develop and maintain monthly wellness calendars.
  • Conduct training sessions (e.g., Welcome to Wellness) and employee roundtables.
  • Engage stakeholders for feedback to support continuous improvement of wellness offerings.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and onboarding teams to integrate wellness initiatives.
  • Partner with the global research team and local operations teams on wellness-related projects.
  • Complete periodic BATS reviews.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in psychology, counselling, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing wellness programs for Trust & Safety/Content Moderation teams.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet multiple demanding deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Flexible, creative, and analytical in problem-solving approaches.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
