About the job: Area Manager (Butuan) | Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite (Butuan City)

Work Schedule: Mon - Sat: 7am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

Lead the team in achieving sales volume targets and other KPIs

Guide distributor in achieving reach and coverage targets

Formulate local trade programs that will increase the company

Maintains and develops specific key accounts in the territory

Analyzes sell-in and sell-out of distributor, implements key strategies including sales and marketing programs to achieve sales growth

Requirements:

Familiarity of the area.

Strong Distributor management background

People management

Can do fieldwork
