Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Controlling (CO) workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client controlling and cost management processes.
- Design and configure SAP CO components including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, perform FIT-GAP analysis, and prepare functional specifications.
- Oversee the development and delivery of WRICEF objects in coordination with technical teams.
- Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
- Provide guidance on RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and SAP Activate adoption strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 to 12 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in the Controlling domain.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration, including cost planning, allocations, product costing, and profitability analysis.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA innovations in Controlling and Universal Journal.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, Fit-to-Standard approach, and Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading functional teams.
- Strong cross-module integration knowledge with FI, MM, SD, and PP.
- Exposure to SAP BTP, GROW with SAP, and Fiori-based controlling apps is a plus.
Certifications:
- Required: SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (CO) Certification
- Preferable: Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.)
