Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain long-term relationships, and provide customized solutions to meet their needs
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass sales targets; mentor and support junior sales team members to improve overall team performance
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics, analyze insights for continuous improvement, and adopt best practices to maximize results
- Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service and Reservations to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives and customer requirements
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a top sales performer, consistently exceeding targets and earning recognitions or awards for outstanding performance
- Strong sales capabilities, including relationship management, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
