Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
  • Familiar with operating system troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft product knowledge is required
  • Should have experience supporting a BPO environment
  • Minimum of 6 months in training or teaching-related tasks
  • Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years in college
