Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
- Familiar with operating system troubleshooting.
- Microsoft product knowledge is required
- Should have experience supporting a BPO environment
- Minimum of 6 months in training or teaching-related tasks
- Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years in college
