SAP Revenue Recognition - Manager (Makati) | Hybrid

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP RAR solutions in compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and design revenue recognition processes.
• Configure and manage contract management, performance obligations, event-based revenue recognition, and integration with SD, FI, and CRM.
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live support for revenue recognition projects.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls.

Required Skills:

• 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP Finance, with at least 3 to 5 years in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
• Strong understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SD-FI integration, and event-based revenue recognition.
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP RAR implementations.
• Familiarity with SAP BRF+, Fiori apps, and revenue contract management.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certification in RAR or S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience with SAP Central Finance, SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), or SAP Contract Accounting (FI-CA).
• Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency environments and global rollouts.
• Knowledge of automation tools, reporting, and analytics for revenue insights.
