Requirements:

• At least a Senior Highschool Graduate (new curriculum) or Highschool Graduate (old curriculum)
• A2 or B1 Spanish Proficiency with an online or soft copy of certificate from the school or learning institution
• At least 1 year of BPO experience as an outbound or inbound English-speaking CSR
• Amenable to the work schedule, setup and location
• Can start on March 16, 2026
