About the job Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Cebu | Onsite

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Cebu City)

Shift: No Fixed Schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat related to travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel packages.
  • Assist customers in making reservations and bookings, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience of voice (Inbound, International Account)
  • Excellent verbal communications skills
  • Superior listen, written, data entry and typing skills
