Responsibilities:
- Guides a dynamic team in delivering insightful financial and data analyses, including cost projections, pricing updates, and client materials that make an impact.
- Owns project deliverables with a hands-on approach, dedicating up to 50% of effort to client work to deepen operational expertise.
- Crafts forward-thinking strategies that align with long-term goals while staying agile to meet immediate priorities.
- Drives operational excellence by surpassing SLAs, optimizing resource use, and leveraging digital tools for maximum efficiency.
- Partners with leadership to devise strategic plans that streamline processes and accelerate delivery timelines.
- Ensures smooth and efficient end-to-end workflow management for outstanding results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in mathematics or finance
- At least 7 years in workforce management and leadership, with project management expertise
- Proven experience managing service delivery teams
- Valued background in data analytics and vendor management, especially in pharmacy benefit management or healthcare
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, PBM pricing, value proposition development, and underwriting
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
