Basic Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelors – Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
  • MBA / Post Graduate (preferred)
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Customer Service / CX domain
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Genesys AI solutions
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define and deliver end-to-end digital transformation roadmaps
  • Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig
