Educational Requirement:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant US/UK banking account experience in a contact center/shared services environment.
• Experience in customer service, credit control, arrears calling, or default management in the finance industry, specifically UK accounts.
• Able to demonstrate sound numerical skills and literacy
• Negotiation skills, empathy, regulatory awareness
• Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals
