Commercial and Property Manager (Makati) | Onsite

Target Start Date: 1st week of February 2026

Shift: Rotating Shift with 2 days off

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Makati)

Responsibilities:

• Management and supervisory professionals focusing on tactical, operational activities within a specified area. 
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high - performing national leasing team with a strong focus on capability building, succession planning, and engagement. 
• Recognising & rewarding high performance. 
• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks to ensure accountability, efficiency,
  and excellence in execution.
• Support the network plan, understand and support the business objectives, have a good
  understanding of the market conditions, competitor activity, and government regulations.

Requirements:

• Completed university or college degree , preferably in Commerce, Business or Property Major
• Has at least 15+ years of experience in the role in property/leasing
• Strong background in retail industry for at least 10+ years
• Amenable to travel within the Greater Manila Area
• Experience in: 
• Business Development
• Overseeing construction and design of upcoming stores
• Thorough lease negotiation experience
