Business Analyst - Senior Associate Consultant (BGC Taguig) | Onsite

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelors – Computer Scienece, IT, Engineering or any related course
• Minimum RPA Tools Experience: ServiceNow, Genesys, Predictive intelligence, AI/ML/Azure, Python
• Automation Anywhere Certification is a plus or preferred
• Experience with SQL or .Net or Intelligent Automation (IA) are all pluses/preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years experience as an Business Analyst is required
• Master Certification on Any RPA tool is preferred
• Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline creation
• Good knowledge of Automation, RPA, and AI solutions
• Exposure to platforms like ServiceNow, Genesys, Copilot, Power Platform and related tools
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Support in proposal creation and solution design
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver value
• Implement Design, Development, Validation and Support activities in line with architecture requirements
