WFM Real Time Analyst (RTA/MIS)

Job Title: Process Specialist - MIS

Work Setup: ONSITE (BGC, Taguig)

Work Schedule: Shifting schedules

Must-have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of MIS/RTA experience in BPO/Shared Services
• Must also be exposed to Scheduling, Capacity planning, Forecasting, and Reporting
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of using MIS Scheduling tools (Power BI, VBA, Macros, Excel)
• Good communication skills
• Preferably available to start ASAP
