Minimum Requirements:

  • Finished a bachelor's degree of any specialization
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist covering keyword research, content optimization, link building, and performance monitoring (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies)
  • At least 1 year of BPO Team Lead experience supporting an inbound voice customer service-centric account
  • Good spoken and written English communication skills
  • Amenable to be work 100% onsite in Biñan, Laguna on a nightshift schedule without a fixed weekends off
  • Able to start employment as early as June 15, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Team Management

  • Keep a close eye on daily sales activities to ensure our agents stay actively connected with prospects
  • Partner with sales representatives to skillfully manage their pipelines and drive opportunities forward
  • Offer expert advice on mastering sales conversations, overcoming objections, and captivating customers
  • Make certain that every team member adheres to our company's processes and high operational standards
  • Collaborate in uncovering new ways to boost sales performance and streamline workflow efficiency

2. Website & SEO Oversight

  • Collaborate closely with WordPress website developers to drive seamless website development and timely updates
  • Keep a vigilant eye on website functionality, user experience, and overall digital performance to ensure excellence
  • Champion SEO best practices by optimizing page structure, headings, metadata, and organizing content effectively
  • Play a key role in spotting website enhancement opportunities that boost lead generation and elevate marketing success
  • Assist in rolling out compelling landing pages, fresh website updates, and engaging marketing-related digital assets

3. Operations & Workflow Coordination

  • Facilitate communication across sales, digital teams, management, and executives to enhance collaboration.
  • Align sales and digital initiatives with company growth objectives.
  • Address operational challenges affecting sales and website performance.
  • Optimize internal workflows and promote the use of innovative tools and technologies.
  • Oversee performance monitoring, analyze metrics, and provide detailed reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve team productivity and efficiency.
